Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 30 June 2026

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of Jigger Hospitality, provided by Jigger Hospitality. By creating an account, inviting staff, uploading venue content, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility And Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

3. Plans And Limits

Jigger may offer Free, Starter, Pro, or other plans. Free workspaces may be limited by venue count, recipe count, staff seats, import features, or other usage limits. Paid plans unlock higher limits or additional features as described at the time of purchase.

4. Subscriptions And Billing

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment provider. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for subscription fees, taxes, and any applicable charges.

5. Cancellations And Refunds

You may cancel a paid subscription in line with the cancellation options made available in the Service or by contacting us. Unless required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. Your paid access may continue until the end of the billing period.

6. Venue Content

You retain responsibility for recipes, allergens, training notes, menu files, announcements, and other content uploaded to your workspace. You are responsible for checking that published content is accurate, safe, and appropriate for your venue.

7. AI-Assisted Features

The Service may include AI-assisted import or drafting features. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Managers must review and approve any AI-assisted recipes, allergen notes, service guides, or other content before relying on it or publishing it to staff.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Service, upload unlawful content, or use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, design, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong to Jigger Hospitality or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Service.

10. Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, misuse the Service, or create risk for us, other customers, or the Service.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jigger Hospitality will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
